How do I glue vertical area?

Premium to 19°F
Premium MAX to 10°F

I wouldn't push either much lower than 30°F. Hell, I won't push me lower than that..

I ended up buying this since i couldnt find the other stuff. plus when i looked it said mineral spirits to clean up and well i was too chicken also
