Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

Can anyone tell me if 5.30x12 tires will fit on a HF trailer ? There seems to be a lot of clearance between the current 4.80's and the fender.
I like the load and speed range of the 5.30's. Let me explain further...The trailer has the 2 ply CB tires @4.80x12. There seems to be enough room between the top of the tire and the fender. Not knowing anything about tires, is the 5.3 tire 1/2" taller than the 4.80 ? Tire people chime in.

My HF trailer came with 5.30-12 tires. I measured my spare and it came out at about 22" tall. I believe they have an 87mph rating, I have towed the camper at 75mph with no issues. The log pattern of whatever wheels you buy is probably more important, the ones I have are a 5 lug wheel.

Verify the tires you buy for speed and load specs.
