I have notice may builders use vinyl flooring in their tear drops.

Do you get any bonding issues over time?

I will be using a product called Versadek.

It is basiclly outdoor vinyl. It is very good stuff. A lot of boats use similar products. The flooring store I do some IT work for is selling me a couple remnants to do my floor for $10-15 including glue. It retails for around $2.00 s/f & is 6 ft wide.

 Looks like the perfect product. Might even keep the bed from moving around in the bigger tears.

Looks like a good choice. I was going to put carpet in but the Boss demanded vinyl, she says it would be easier to keep clean. Not like I'm going to see it anyway since the matress will be on it.

A coat of primer and gloss paint for me. Stuff I already had sitting around so it was "free". It is working fine.

Carpet......a local school was redoing several class rooms and had enough large scraps of new carpet to do my trailer for free!!!
