I also decided to build my doors (the debate is over... I have committed myself) and with the money I am saving I am buying a new router and table (yea more tools)!

Looking real good there ezbie. You'll love the big doors. And if you can build a hatch, the door will be a piece of cake.

The side walls I glued indoor/outdoor carpet (the nicer stuff, not the AstroTurf) the ceiling is paneling and forward is a light color paneling. I knew before hand that putting a seam in the radius was not the best idea. It worked OK but would definitely be better if the seams were met somewhere else. I only met the seams in the radius to reduce the number of seams. If I were to do it again I would probably go with an additional seam and not place it in the radius.

The center supports are one piece in the radius. The radius in the front was built independently then glued and screw in as a whole(a very smooth way of doing it). The width is 5' the sleep compartment is 75" the length of the body is 8' and the over all length tongue to tail is 10'4". It is a fairly heavy frame (2" square tube steal) and will probably be half the overall weight. I wanted heavy duty trailer I plan on taking this TD almost anywhere I take my Jeep. It has a 2000lb Torsion axle. The trailer was the first purchase and broke the budget right from the beginning at $1300. I figure in the end, outfitted, the whole project is gonna cost around $3500.

Looks good, EZ. In my book, a little progress is good progress. What are you going to use for insulation in the roof? BTW, I like the carpet for the interior skin, quiet and easy to work with.
