Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I went to a garage sale the other day and found some of those colorful "puzzle" pieces of rubber-the kind one puts in a child's play area. Anyway I bought a box full of this stuff and cut it to fit on the floor of the teardrop trailer. I cut it on the table saw and it was so easy to piece together. It's a lot easier on my knees and affords additional insulation.

Hey John , thats what I did on my TD. It is very comfy , & it is also an insulator. I used black , it was some spare I had laying around the shop. Its very reasonable to , about 8 bucks for 4'x4' .

We have lots of that stuff for the kids to play on. We have the colored ones and solid grey ones. Got them from Sam's.

I've seen it many places, Home Depot, Sam's, Wal Mart, Sports stores. It can be used for many things, anti fatigue mats in the shop, play room padding for kids, shock absorbing flooring for gyms. The ones that are specifically made for kids rooms are bright colors, the athletic one are black.

That's okay, Boodro...............I'm used to being ignored. I used to have 75 employees..................most of whom ignored me on a regular basis!

I have some of the gray interlocking mats I use to make a path from my Tear doors to the galley on the ground.

Allso, have my head floor attached to the runner of interlocking mats so can scamp in the middle of the night as well.

That way I can get out of my rig at night in my soxs or feet and not be in the rocks .... works great. Sort of like an instant floor in the woods.

Also keep a little brush on my fender to keep it clean, if a rock or two get in the way.
