Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

Well, it's time to paint the outside of my dropped floor. I'd like to paint it black. I suddenly realized I've never painted epoxy before... Does anyone have any suggestions how to paint an epoxy box black?

It'd be worthwhile to note that at least the front of the box will probably take a beating... your ideas?

Scuff-sand it, paint with Rustoleum, or porch deck paint!
You saw Em's kayak hull in the shop..Porch deck paint over epoxy/'glass!

We had one tear with a 10" deep drop box and it was on a 1175# HF trailer. It was between the 2nd and 3rd cossmembers. At 10" it came down to the center of the axle. On the front it was protected by a piece of sheet aluminum fastened to the bottom front edge of the box and angled at 45º up to the deck. We figured that it would deflect most objects down and under the axle.
