Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I have a fender problem. The wheel & tires on my trailer siick out 7" from the side wall of the trailer. The only fenders I could find & afford are only 6" wide. I have 4.8 X 12" wheels.

How would you mount them?

Put a 1" spacer between the fender and the trailer. I think I saw spacers on Chip's Pickle Palace B&B. Take a look at his gallery.

You can also do it with standoffs on the bolts.
