It's been a long time in planning and prepping but I finally got some of it put together. Thanks to everyone here for the information and advise and encouragement.

Thanks. Oh yea, I'm leaving it. I originally was going to paint it over but after seeing it sealed up I decided to leave it. I just got lucky on that side panel because when I picked out the 4x8's I just got the smoothest ones and didn't pay attention to the grain. I think it looks a little like a dragon. Here's the door before sealing.

The other side is different but looks good anyway.

:o Good job picking out the ply. If you place the clearance lights just right I will look like a dragon. ;) :applause: :applause: :applause:

Gooking good. Dragon or pony looks like it is moving forward FAST Nice that you decided to keep it and not paint over it.

Thanks all. It may be a while between posts, recovering from a crashed drive last night and only able to get online from work. I'll post progress photos when I can.

Yesterday was very productive. I ran down to Olathe RV and got my edge trim, this stuff bends flawlessly. Got the roof supports and spars in and installed the ceiling. Then the mail showed up with my drip rails and galley hinge from Grant. I got almost all of my stuff from Austin Hardware last week. Did you know that the torpedo hinges are $10.99 online but if you call ond order them they cost $18.99? I've got a 4 day weekend so I'm working as much as I can to get er done. Here's some photos.

I wanted to keep the curved profile over the roofline so I made a flat area for the vent.

Here you can see the ceiling and the flat area for the vent.

Hardware.

Today I'll be working on the rough wiring and hatch bracing, maybe even get the roof on.
