Well, it's time to glue up some parts, like the torsion hatch, and so I went to Bi-mart to see if they had Gorilla Glue. They didn't, but they did have a similar product from Elmers. It's called Ultimate Glue, and from reading the label, it looks to do the same as Gorilla Glue.
Has anybody used this product before?
I figured "Why not", and bought a bottle. I'll start skinning the top soon and see if this stuff works.
Now then, door knobs...

I have not only been using it on my tear, but last week used it to build a cardboard racing car for one of the kids school projects. I made the wheels from cardboard and coated them with the elmers. when they dried I used the belt sander to smooth them out...it was just like sanding plastic....cool stuff

Yeah, I've gone thru 2 or 3 bottles of PL Power and just now using the Elmers. Mine have all worked fine, I haven't moistened the wood in most of the places, it says it speeds the cure time. I would suggest you do it, but mine are all holding super tight anyway. Just took a little longer.

I used that glue once and it bothered my lungs. Made me sightly short of breath so I s**t canned it. It has something in it that Gorilla Glue doesn’t . Read the label it's scary. Gorilla glue gives me no problems.

What? You mean the Diisocyanates? No worse than other household chemicals. Look at bug spray sometime.
Really, chemicals aren't scary when used properly. Try Comet and bleach sometime. That'll produce chlorine gas, but relativly safe when used seperatly. I should know, I invented Comet...and bleach. I am a Super Genius

Oops, almost forgot. I used the glue and so far, so good. I kinda like it.

Danny, that stuff bothered you? Did you like smell anything?
I used that Elmer's Ultimate exclusively, and it didn't even have an odor.
