Old Dog Street Rods (parts supplier)

While backing my teardrop into the garage last night I broke one of the glass lenses of my 1950 Pontiac tail lights. I've been testing the led array I purchased with 14 led's and I'm concerned I may not have enough tail light brilliance. The stop and turn signal lights up very nice though. On page 26 in this PDF file http://www.bigdogstreetrods.com/exterior.pdf I found a 41 led lense unit that will replace my broken lense and may solve my led light problem, I'll let you know when I receive them. This PDF file has other items that may be of interest to you builders of teardrop trailers and hot rods. 8) Danny

Chris,
The file was for Adobe Acrobat. Perhaps you don't have it or some similar program to read the files. If you don't have Adobe, let me warn you.....There's a whole other world out there you haven't seen yet. A secret 4th dimension. Just be careful... :D

I'm not that far behind, Steve. I've got Acrobat. But when I linked to the page, all I got was a blank page. I just checked back, and it turns out it's almost 4 MB. Just didn't wait long enough for it to all download.

I'm on DSL, Danny, so I don't know what the problem is.

I just tried it again, and it comes up in about 7 seconds. So I don't know what the problem was previously. Anyway, Danny, that's a neat site. Thanks for listing it. :applause:

Here is a comparison photo of the LED array's I've found. The one on the left is 14 LED's and the one on the right is 41 LED's from Old Dog. The turn and brake lights are quite bright. The Old Dog ones out perform in brilliance and appearance  . We are extremely satisfied with the new lights. If anyone is considering on using reproduction retro lights this website carries the best LED arrays.:relaxing: Danny

While cruizing through their site I found a windshield wiper upgrade kit for my 54 Chevy. Haven't seen it anywhere else! Lots of good stuff there!
