Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I have finished my trailer enough to use it this weekend!

I have several small items to complete but it wil make it's maden voyage to the gatering in Carnation, WA this weekend.





I still need to finish the tongue box when we get back.


I took it up & weighed it today. With my bed, empty cooler, empty water jug & the battery, it cam in at 880lbs.

I do have 1 small problem, my passenger wheel bearing is getting hot. I will repack it tonight & hope for the best. We are only going on a 70 mile round trip this weekend.

If you repack that bearing look for flat spots on it and look for a cracked race. Burning a bearing's not fun.

I pulled my hub off. Then I remembered... When I was working on the axel I started to repack them then decided I was going to replace the bearings. I bought 2 new set & went to put them on & they did not fit. I then just put evey thing back together with the old ones and repacked that hub. I never regreased the other side.

Rainjer...congratulations on the completion...I've followed your build from the start...had a lot of fun watching it come together...now go have a good time with it...just be prepared to answer lots of questions and get lots of thumbs up!!! Doug

It seem like yesterday you came over to see what a Teardrop liked like.
The Rainbassator is a work of art!!! Love the paint job and details.
I wish I could be there for the debut, but work has, once again, gotten in the way.
(I need to be retired….)

The Rainbassador is beauuutiful! We are trying to stop by Carnation on the Fourth to oogle all of the finished tears - Craig has yet to see a live tear, just pictures. I got to see quite a few last year at Lamay's. It will be great to see yours there.

What a great job You did!, a very good design. Body blends nicely into frame. Paint job realy sets it off.

You deseve a 10 as far a I'm concerned.

That is a beautiful Teardrop you have... Very nicely done.. I like the outside decor you got there as well...Paint is it?
