Door Hinges

I'm planning a hardware purchase at the end of the month and I have a question. My doors are square at the bottom and rounded with 7 in. radiuses at the top. What kind of hinge should I use so that the door trim won't dig into the sides at the bottom of the radius on the hinge side. I need to use the t-molding to cover a not so perfect reveal between the door and the door jam.

YES I wish I had put a traditional door on , but what do you do!!!!!

Hi Billy,
How did you get the two different stains on your plywood pattern to stay where you wanted them? I was thinking of trying that and wondered if the stain would spread beyond my design line.

I used cabinet hinges on mine. They are an offset type that lets the door travel away from the trailer body as it swings open.
I had a similar problem as you do, where a regular hinge would have forced the t-molding into the body as the door opened.
There are regular offset hinges made. I think this is what they are for.

I'm sure someone else here knows more about this.

Yeah, like Bledsoe has there. Those are similar to what I have. Mine are smaller, so I used four of them. But like that.

That is correct. Very nice to work with when trimming out the doors.

Or working inside the tear I bet. Take the door off and set it aside to get it out of the way.
