Box Kite Phase 1 is done

Postby Ron Dickey » Sat Apr 05, 2008 2:57 pm

What does that mean? :NC well I sat down with Lucia and we talked about dishes and how they would travel and we talked about the back door and she said will the kitchen be in the back and I said it could but for now now.

I told her about what I might do for the back entrance  and it went right over her head. then I looked at her and said well we can camp in it now and and I can put the sides in the inside now painted white and I have a few miner things to do and we can go camp.

And then I realized that is what is all about... there is no one going to say bad things because it does not look like a pro job it is for camping in.

Phase 2 will come in the manor of refinments and understanding what we really need and not following a premade form that was someone elses ideal of what works for them.

we will not be camping wkend because we work on those so wk days means the parks will be open and we can get those ideal spots.

SO ..... :P for BOX KITE :wine: or  Celibrate good times come on... :relaxing: :icedtea:

Now We need to figure what to take along :designing: :Flippin Burger: :picnic: stop worrying about what to do next :baby: aand learn what we want and see what others have done.

Thank you very much for your help up to this point
I look forward to phase 2 :shake hands: :awesome: :beautiful: :vroom: see you there somewhere.

For those who are working on there's you might look at it in Phases
sleepable, looking for new ideas, burned out and not sure where to turn next. the one thing I have learned from my polls and from seeing and watching very few got it right the first time and many have and will in the furture so get it to that first phase and go camping and learn.....

:applause:  Good choice Ron. I wish we could get out on the week days. Weekends are rainy and cold and Mike works.

Enjoy and let Lucia decide the inside. I made cozy's for my dishes and they survived the ride in a basket. I am thinking a slide out dish rack will be the final deal.

Aunti M,

That is wonderfully said.

We too work on wk ends so we will be going out wk days that is a plus because we should get the campsite we want and have less traffic.

We Plan to start at Mantana De Oro, Morro Bay and maybe san simien CA.

I Saw Steve B from San Luis Obispo today he said his floor is done. I will have to drop by some time and see what he has done and offer any needed help. He hurt his back a time back and help might eaz his pain.

I have not seen Tom K from Morro Bay in a time and maybe I will see if he's camping any where close.

I have found sence the Mantana De Oro event that there are 7 to 10 TD''s in my area already built including one who a rearly see at my church.

We have enought to form our own chaper for small trailer Junkies. I was tempted today when I saw a double axel airstreamer with numbers on the back top. for 8000 ... needed lots of work but it was temping but with gas nearing $4 an gal here, I am glad I went small.

 Thanks Ron D.
