Easy, boy, easy.

You'll get to the point where if someone walks up and just breathes on it, you'll kill 'em for causing a smear.....

Gary....what an outstanding build!!!! You've done an great job on this little project! I have "Standy Envy" I'd go crazy trying to keep it looking like that, what with the pinecones dropping 50+ feet and the tree sap! Doug

Thanks All for the Kind Words. This build was a challenge.
Plan is to post on E-bay this Sunday. I tried to build something to compete with the Retro Traveler guys at about half the price. We'll see.
Had it on the road the other day to show the local supply guys. They all asked to see it when it was done. The window guy says he wants one, but needs to do his taxes. Sounds hopeful, but cash in hand......
Anyway, I had more people honking, waving and pointing at this build than I ever had with the "Puffin Clone". Sure hope that means it will sell. I'm really looking forward to the next (Last? ) build to camp this spring with.
So now I'm just tying up a few loose ends and getting some woodsy location shots for the e-bay post. Wish Me Luck!
Thanks All,
Gary

That's a great pic for the lead photo.

Another thing I'd recommend doing is answer all the questions on ebay and keep them public. This will really cut down on some of the goober questions. You'd be amazed!

O.K. A weeks gone by and the e-bay listing did not reach the reserve. :(
So..... I'm Going Camping!

My folks just got a deal on a lightly used fifth wheel and want to go to the beach next month. I said NO! Lets go NEXT Weekend! Now we are planning.
I need to "outfit" the camper, hook-up and GO.

I think when we get back I will rip out the dinette and install a potti room and more cabinets. Also need to build an outside table that attaches to the side like I had on the last one. I really like cooking outside with "white gas" and will keep the kitchenette for the sink and counter space for the Blender! I will be ordering a nice canvas awning. Seems to me there is a board member that sews nice sunbrella ones that look vintage.

That is it! Been a learning experience for sure. I still want to build more but will only do it on a "order" basis or if this one sells locally. I had many e-bay e-mails asking to have one built but when it came right done to it...no cash. Economy, nuff said.

Gary, that would be Marti Domyancic, she's a member of the board and does awesome work.
