New and improved Winter Warrior...

I've been tweaking this design the last couple days... but you can ignore the wheels... I put the wrong one on. :oops:

I put on the 13" wheels... should be the 15" wheels...

Anyways, I've adjusted the wall thickness... the hatch walls are now thick enough to hold 3/4" foamular. The sidewalls, towards the front hold 1 1/2" foamular.

The folding hatch has been adjusted so that everything fits and everything works...

The trailer frame has been designed and installed. Don't mind that Chinese red... you can paint it any color you want. I kept it red because it's easy to see when you are whirling it around!!! :lol:

A bunch of other little changes, so that everything works as it appears... counters are 32" high...

That looks like a really heavy frame that Mike has drawn, so I thought I'd check it out. If it's in SSS (Schneider Standard Scantlings) of 2"x2"x1/8" for all except 2"x2"x3/16" for the tongue, it's got:
754" of 2"x2"x1/8" @ 3.07lb/ft = 193lb
161" of 2"x2"x3/16" @ 4.62lb/ft = 62lb
So a total of 255lb for steel tube, which is not as much as I thought! I still think it's too much - 2"x1" tube or 2"x2" angle would be more than enough for the outside framing and the span-breakers across the floor. From a structural point of view, it would make more sense to connect the tongue to the main longitudinals not to the external frame.
