Spent the last couple months reading many of the post's and tip's everyone has shared on this sight and now it's time to share our 1st build . The plan is to build a reverse tear along the lines of what Little Guy offers . We are starting with a frame saved from our pop up camper (pic below) . I cut the sides down , removed the rear bumper leaving me with a 55"x118" frame to build from . Plans are for a 55"x96" tear with a cargo area in front of the tear , Daryl .

Cut and screwed the framing down for the floor today , a bit to cold to glue down the ply flooring so I will wait for a warmer day .

Thanks everyone , if the weather would cooperate I could get more done ( another 4in of the white stuff fell last night ) , plan's are to be ready for Memorial weekend ......... hi Mike we live in Niles Oh near Youngstown I was born in Cleveland so somewhat familiar with your area . Daryl

50 today (heat wave lol) so I was able to glue and nail the floor on after work . We turned the trailer up on it's side and plan on insulating and sealing the underside this weekend .
Hoping to locate side windows also this weekend <local store carries all kinds of odd ball things ya never know what ya may find> if not there , going to a couple wrecking yard's , if I get lucky and find a couple I'll pick up my plywood for the side's and start making sawdust next week :twisted:
