Tracing deminsions of a td.

I just downloaded Sketchup and am learning. I am trying to build this TD but it is hard since I don't know the dimensions. Any way that you can over lay a jpg and trace? That would be super handy. Any suggections on making this one to scale?

TurboCad, that I use, lets you do that:

And that gives these dimensions (assuming a body height of 48"):

All the curves are circular arcs, except the quarter-ellipse in purple. Hope that helps.
