Cute but not strictly speaking a teardrop. A teardrop typically is too short to stand and the galley is in the rear and external, and at 6' 8" standing room at the peak...
BUT remember this is what You what to do and as you browse the forum you will see pretty much every thing you can think of and some you can't.

What you pointed us to is not a teardrop. It's more like a canned ham style and it is probably heavier than the average car should tow. However they do have some teardrops:
