Altered Plan for a 120" X 60" For Reviews

Looking at creating a little taller Tear off of the old standard looking plan. Most of these measurements are close and it makes the outside 60" tall and the outside length 120". I will probably try to make the width 72" so I can fit a queen in there to sleep in. Wife and I have problems in Fulls because I sleep heavy and roll around a lot! :o

This pic is ok to see but I had to darken it some to see all the pencil and Graph lines on the Page.

One possible problem I can see is that there isn't much clearance between the edge of the galley worktop and the outside of the hatch - looks like 2" or less. You need to get the galley hatch ribs into that thickness, plus a bit of clearance to the worktop. You may also want to get some gas struts folding into that gap to hold the hatch open - they can overlap the hatch ribs but they still take up quite a bit of space.

Another Try

Thanks for the Reply. I didn't even see that. I have tried to throw this together in Sketch UP as a 2d and altered it a little more. I actually have 3 Layer Cardboard I'll use for a full size model to see if I like this one.

Thanks again,
