Side room question

Postby Tiki Dude » Tue Nov 22, 2005 11:38 am

I am looking into adding a side room tent to my trailer. Any ideas? Little Guy trailers has one to be used only on their trailers. How about the Kelty Carport?

I would like one similar to this

By the way. This forum has been extremely helpful.

Do a google for "SUV tent" and you'll get many different options. The Sportz brand made by Napier seems like it would work:

Also don't rule out the Paha Que screen room for the Little Guy if your trailer is similar in size.

I got the 12x10 version of this. Not tight up against the side of the tear, but close enough and each side has an awning or can be opened/closed as needed.... Prices were down noticeably but have come back up. I ordered from Dicks and paid 199 for a 12x10....

You know this subject comes up about every three weeks. Go to the top of the page and use the search button. You'll find several sugestions and directions as to what your looking for.

This is only a sugestion, not trying to be rude.

We got the 8X8 SUV tent from Sportsmans Guide and it works OK. A little more versitile than an awning as you can zip up the windows and have privacy if you want.

Tiki Dude

You can answer all you want about TD, Gage suggestion is OK but the only way to refresh this forum with new ideas is asking questions, a lot of questions and don’t be intimidated about not do it, specially the new members, this way, the one who have an answer or a new idea will reply, who is not interested in the matter, just let it pass.

This is just my thought.
