Feedback please.... Rimple-ish

I'm in the middle of planning a trailer with the following constraints: First: it has to fit on the standard Harbor Freight 4x8 trailer (the lighter one, about 1100# limit). Second: it has to be removable. I was thinking of using 6 ratchet straps to secure it to the trailer when going down the road. I have attached a design I'm thinking of. Using 3/8" plywood, and 2x2 anchor boards. Glue and screw, basic monocoque construction. The front is two 30* angles, starting 24" up. I will reenforce the front with some 1x4, 16" on center the back is a 45* cut, 36" up. The back is a split door design (each door about 24" x 36") Internally the design is fluid..with the only real requirement being counter space in the back. it'll evolve as time and money allows. External finish is flashing over the exposed plywood ends, and water seal on the exposed wood.
Basically it's a box with a side door and a roof vent. what sort of issues do you think I'll encounter?
