I'm going to be building a 5 x8 benroy. The walls will be sandwiched with a 1/4" exterior, 3/4" middle and 1/8" interior. The last picture shows 2 options for the wall attachment, I'm not sure which is the best way. I'm hoping for a lighter weight build than my last. The build could take months, hopefully not a year. If I could find some 5' x5' plywood near me it would help the wasted material on the roof.

Your #2 attachment diagram provides more and stronger attachment
possibilities.

#2 will be a lot easier to set (where it needs to be) and will be stronger and seal the outside of the floor.

Maybe consider a variation on #2: Have the quarter inch outer walls go down to the floor, rather than the quarter inch floor bottom come out. That way, if there are any gaps, they won't show, but more importantly, any water that gets in the gap will tend to drain out.

We did it that way, but were about an inch outboard of thre trailer frame, so the draining water had someplace to go.

I missed that. The exterior sheeting should cover the edge of the floor.

173009 Looking at photos of my overbuilt first build that is how I framed the walls. I could park a truck on that floor. Thank you for the replies.
