Hooray, I got my spot all staked out. I had to go with the electric sites because I am a big sissy. I'm sure I'll still be able to feel the heat from Warpony's campfire if he is allowed one (he makes those babies BIG). I'm getting stoked now!

Scotty, I'll have to behave myself at this one but I'll still have some firewood to burn, if allowed.

I made my reservation this morning. I'm buddied up with Sonnetpro (Steve T.) on his spot he and Sherri so graciously invited us on.

I've got mine printed out.....That's as far as I've gotten. I don't know what spot to camp at. I'll have to review the thread again before I decide.

Having never been there is there a map of the campground.

Another question From past experience is Minden in a dry county. I ask because the county in NC we whitewater raft in is dry. Just in case I'd like to have a drink :roll:

I don't currently have a map of the campground. However, I will look to see if I can get one. In addition, Minden is not dry there is a package store just to the East side of the campground through the trees. I will make sure the trees are clear so nobody gets clotheslined.
Just want to be sure to keep the drinks off the street and out of the basement of the motel because that violates thier licence. The campground is private property so it is ok there.

That's not a problem I like to keep it around the camp site Just nice to sit back and relax.

Mine is printed out and will be mailed in as soon as the checkbook is balanced. Might be buddy-ing up with the Bluebonnet Tear .
As long as they don't pick on my OU Sooner flag , or Oklahoma flag !
