New Google Calendar

Postby Mike B » Wed Apr 19, 2006 10:44 am

If you have a Google mail account, you can also use the new Google calendar function. Go to http://www.google.com/calendar and use your gmail address and password to sign up.

Once you have signed up, you can create your own calendar and add other public calendars to your calendar. This is a really nice way to keep track of events in your life. BTW, the calendar will also be available from your gmail page, and vice versa.

I have created a public calendar called Teardrop Trailer Gatherings. It is based on Grant Whipp's Destinations web page. You can add it to your calendar and anyone can make changes to it.

The Teardrop Trailer events calendar I posted is still not a public calendar. I am trying to find out why.

I don't know how many invites Jack has but if anyone is interested in Gmail I've got about a 100 invites.
Send an email to 'nitetimes at gmail dot com' and I'll send one out.

If you have a registered domain, Google is now offering a beta of Gmail for Domains. Here's the link: https://www.google.com/hosted/ I just signed up one of my domains... Waiting for the DNS changes to post.
Started many, finished none... Bought a TTT <Sigh> ;)
