STOLEN TEAR DROP TRAILER notice on eBay

Things that don't fit anywhere else...

I have no mercy in my heart for thieves.

The problem with all anti-theft devices, if they want it, they will take it regardless. I hate to spend money on locks and the like, but it is prudent and will at least slow them down, or encourage them to look for an easier target. At least with the custom nature of most of our builds, if they are on the road, someone will recognize it. Can't say that about the designs that are produced in larger numbers. I am sure we will all keep our eyes peeled for this guy's trailer.
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

You said it bro! I just recently had a 17-1/2 foot kayak stolen. I was NOT HAPPY. Dang police didn't do squat. So i put out a $100. reward for it. Printed off some flyers and put 'em up a few places, checked pawn shops & fleamarkets... etc. Guess what? I got my boat back! Turns out the stinkin theif is already in prison for 5 years on another theft. He had "stored" my boat at another young man's house. A girlfriend spilled the beans to keep her honey out of jail... cool!

It's a nice little boat... I've had it 20 years. New it only cost $1200. Now they go for $2500. I'm glad to have it back. ;)
