Also the way that street is, you pretty much have to come to a complete stop to see what is coming down the street. There is no way that you can drive through that yield sign at 20mph and see any traffic in time.

Yep. That is the reason so many people who are born and raised in these neighborhoods stop. One of my reasons for going over there was to let my son understand he needs to stop every time and that he wasn't carelessly endangering his child. He is just so grateful they are ok.

BTW today is Hailey's 1st birthday. Pictures to follow.

Justice at last.
My son went to court today for this accident. The other woman was asking her husband to get her a beer.

Mike and Larry, went in today and pleaded guilty with cause, took my pictures to the Judge who said cost of court ($24) and gave the DA the picture of the fence. The fence will now come down.

I love it when it comes out right.

No! She asked for a beer in court. Mike said the poor judge didn't even speak to her. Just looked at my pictures, ordered the DA to do something and let it go.

Yes mam. I have 9 perfect-but big angles. Ok 8 big and one little rascal who has her Grandpa totally wrapped around her tiny finger.

I am glad it is over. I stayed home with the baby so I got to miss the lack of drama. Truthfully no one needed to be there just a picture. The pictures I sent were of his view and hers.
