See, now this is where these topics go wrong, by trying to take the exception and make a rule out of it. If you really want to make the roads safer, take teens off the road. Now, you're going to have to follow this closely.
First you said: "And drivers over 55 are dangerous. I have rights. Older drivers are as dangerous as people on drugs at Home Depot. Older drivers kill people regularly on the hiways. I have never heard of a an individual being hurt at Home Depot ."
So, let's take it one at a time, so you can follow it: (now, remember, you could have looked this up yourself and saved me the effort):
" there's no evidence that the elderly make bad drivers. Indeed, nearly all auto-insurance companies reduce rates for drivers over 55. Older people, after all, don't typically drag race, drive aggressively, or get into many accidents. Motorists between 55 and 70 are actually the safest drivers on the road. Only after age 85 do people get into as many accidents as teenagers."
Now, for home depot (again, if you had bothered, you could have found this on your own):
"Accidents claim lives of Home Depot shoppers"......... and here is the link:

I especially like this quote: ""Shopping isn't an inherently dangerous activity," Rasak said. "How can these things happen unless the stores are inherently dangerous?"
Don't you think YOU should do some checking before you start broadcasting falsehoods?
