a note from new england mystic tearjerkers get together.

yesterday, thanks to wifi and wundergound weather, i was able to warn fellow tearjerkers that we were going to be hit with wind and heavy rains in about an hour...

a few new arrivals had just enough time to get set up before we got nailed, bit time....

i take the laptop to keep in touch with the stock market, which is how i make my living... and the wifi at ross hill c/g is very good connectivity, if a bit slow... can connect anywhere in the camp....

today is much nicer and the rest of the weekend looks good... lots of nice folks and a lot of the usual visiting, reading, eating, etc... nice group and a lot of the t/g'ers have water front sites... nice area.

I take my notebook along with me whenever I go to a TD gathering. I end up using it to not only read email, but to make CD's and DVD's of photos and other stuff for other attendees. A useful tool, but don't get carried away. You ARE on vacation, aren't you?
