I wish I still had that black '65 GTO like they pictured... Sadly, I sold it in 1971 when I got married. It went for $500. and look at what they are going for now. :cry:

I used to trade cars at least once month , :lol: sometimes I would have traded 2 or 3 times before I got the title back on the first trade from Nashville.... course back then you could buy a 57 for $500 , I had a 72 GTO Judge in 78 or 79 , bought it with a Rod through the side of the block, for $300...... nowdays the the Tail Fin would be worth more than the car I drive.. :lol: :lol:

Didn't own many but got to drive lots of those old tubs--- had to test drive them before and after working on them. Lots of chrome and 2 ton cars back then. Lots of noise, oil burning, and leaded gas---boy those were the days.
