Just curious, are you talking about pasting your resume in as a graphic? If so, will recruiters be able to do a keyword search on the text?

I think on monster you just put in text, much like posting on the forum. If I recall, I cut from the word version of mine and just pasted the text in. had to clean up the formatting a bit.

My experience is that a recruiter will call you from the search and then you can send him your "proper" resume. I have also found that I have talked to someone who was given my name by someone else that did the search.

Airline mechanics you name it. And they are recruiting from outside of Finland.
