Just a quick reminder for those of you that are interested...Barrett Jackson auction from Scottsdale is on Speed Channel...3 more days of cars to go. Fun to watch! Doug

You know coming back from L.A. yesterday there where alot of cars on trailers. Barrett Jackson, Russo Steele, Silver and Kruse auctions are all around the same time here in the Phoenix area. Barrett Jackson is our biggest weekend here at Scottsdale airport followed by the Fiesta bowl, but this year the Super Bowl weekend will be tops.

For some reason, we have to pay extra for Speed channel now.

Monterey has the annual luxury car auction here - Russo and Steele - during the Concourse de Elegance show at Pebble Beach. That is one weekend when I stay home. My greatest fear is rear ending a million dollar Ducati...that might effect insurance rates a bit. It's absolutely amazing what some of these cars fetch.

This is the first year in about four years that I won't be at Barrett-Jackson. I usually photograph the madness and mayhem for the media, but not this year. Without knowing it, yopu probably have seen me on TV.

The rumors are flying that this year we will see the muscle-car bubble deflate somewhat. It will be interesting to see if it happens.
