Can anyone tell me how to find the GPS coordinates for a given location?
I tried some Google searches and can't find what I need.

If I remember correctly, google earth shows them.

put in a place name in wikipedia---if it is in wikipedia, the longitude and latitude is listed
fer instancePlacerville, Colorado is given in wikipedia as 38.016667°, -108.053889°. Poseyville, Indiana is given as 38.169167°, -87.783611°

Thanks for all the help!!

My wife is ordering a shirt with GPS coordinates for her brother that says something like:

" I am a native of (with the GPS location) and I would rather be at (again GPS location)"

He just got a GPS for christmas and hunts alot!!

:lol: The first location you could call "Waypoint 1" and the second any number up to 99 most gps will store that many, that way he can change his answers as the mood suits him :lol:
