What's not to like? It's on the water, has a room with a view.. and a/c... I like it... probably taxes aren't too bad, either..

I could sure use that here in SoCal right now. My latest project is to design, build and attach pontoons to the teardrop. Maybe I'll let Roly in on it beings how he lives right next to a big lake that's probably at his front door now. His will probably float with out pontoons :lol:

It might keep you from sinking . . . . but it just about guarantees you 4 or 5 feet of water on the floor . . . .
