

I have to help my sister load and unload a truck full of wood tomorrow. That will count as weight lifting.

The big climb - Mt Kilimanjaro on the Mechame-Mweka route
7 days, 39.5 miles roundtrip, 13376 ft net gain (16591 ft total gain, 3215 ft loss) to the 19334 ft summit.

I can't help it....I haven't settled down into "teardrop time" yet. I'm 32 and single....too much energy and time on my hands!
