Nifty teardrop gear

Postby PanelDeland » Thu Sep 04, 2008 8:26 pm

Since I didn't have cash with me I did not get one but I noticed Sears had collapseable buckets on sale. They were plastic bottoms, and a plastic top ring with a rubberized cloth type sides.I know most here are always looking for neat easily stowable gear to go in their trailers/camp gear so i thought I would mention it.I do plan on picking a couple up.
They smashed? down to a round flat shape about 8-10 inches in dia. and 1/2-3/4 in thick.

I looked on sears.com but couldn't find it....

Was it like a regular 5 gallon bucket? just as sturdy?

It's a smaller bucket like a 1 gal.I guess I should have mentioned that since it is an important point. Also I saw them in the bargain bins in the tool section.

I don't know if you have the Sportsman Warehouse there, but I bought a colapseable wash tub that is about the size of an 8x11x1/2" notebook.
Cabelas most likely has something like that also. Could try a surplus store, or an REI store.
