It's just another step towards Google's World Domination. :lol:

Well, that's what I tell my brother-in-law. They are living with us for a couple weeks till my sister finishes up at her work. He just took a job at Google's creative offices in NYC.

And just to throw in another idea, I've been told that some people think Cuil is the Next Big Thing in browsers.

I tried cuil when they first announced it, and I was not impressed with the way they displayed the results. Furthermore, they didn't have enough stuff indexed (at the time)

the thing about Chrome, it's much more than a new browser, it's a radical rethink about how to work with the internet, from the front end and the back end.


What is available now is version 0.1, and many aspects of it are not functional. It will also take changes on the server side to fully realize what Google is pushing for.



Don't download early release software and expect it to be fully functional. ;-)

Cull isn't a browser, it's a search engine. Hakia is another new idea in search engines:
