I wished I hadn't folded, spindled and mutilated.

Spent half as much in bars and one quarter on women
Learned to keep my mouth shut (bears repeating)
Sailed more (explains why I might have like to live in the 1700's)
Brushed my teeth after every meal
Ate an apple a day
Took my vitamins
Never sat too close to the tv
Walked the dog more
