Like Grani, Our TV has stayed on the weather chanel for a couple of weeks now. We aren't in the house much but when we come in we check on the storms.

Glad to hear you guys are all ok. I guess living in Oklahoma has it's little perks, we hardly got any rain out of all that. Anyways, it is a good thing to start hearing from ya'll again.

Glad to hear y'all are doing okay!! We finally got electricity and water back at the house Saturday too...what a relief!

I cut through Dyson Creek yesterday afternoon and thought I saw one of your crew...did the infamous LCG cooks fare okay?

MJ, I think the name of her restaurant is "Ginny's". They were thinking about retiring so I am not sure if they got it sold or not. It was a steak and seafood place. She is quite a cook and loves cooking for everyone at the lake.

Thanks for your info on Jena. Sure hope you guys are safe from the next ones coming in.

...yeah, Joe and Gary took no damage, Jim, on Dyson Creek, had a GIANT live oak, right next to his house, split in tow and part of it brushed the back of his house and pulled a few shingles off but the other half is still standing and hanging right over his house...

Grani, Ginny's is the reason to goto Jena for supper....excellent seafood buffet and steaks...haven't been over there in about a year so I don't know if they are still open.......

MJ,I just had to say that the guys from durant Ok are a great bunch.I have seen them enroute to and at several disaster sites. The first was almost 35 years ago and the last was during Katrina(I'm on the east coast now so they don't go by so often).Their Firefighters are nearly as dedicated. There must be something in the water........
