Projector Lamps

Postby s4son » Tue Sep 16, 2008 4:36 pm

I haven't posted for a while. Some new responibilities at work have really cut into my internet time not to mention any potential camping. Anyway, where do you go if you have a question and need help, TD&TTT of course. Here's the question, does anyone know of a reputable place to get projection lamps. I need a lamp for a Sanyo PLV-80L. Any suggestions?

Try this place, Kansas City Audio-Visual (816) 333-5300. They carry all sorts of bulbs & equipment.

I've used http://bulbdirect.com/ in the past. Large selection and good prices.

Edit: Searched the above site and could not find a match to your projector. Did a google search and found this http://www.projectorlampcenter.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=SANPLV80LL&gclid=COyd1uqK45UCFRpknAodQhW7fg. On sale for $366.70. YIKES!

I was wondering why the water balloon was getting bigger... and then it hit me.

Thanks, I'll try those sources. Yeah it's petty expensive. It's a bigger commercial projector we use at work and it's just about time for a new bulb.
