Looking for good canoeing rivers in AR and TN

My GF and I are going on vacation to these fine states and want to get the skinny on some good rivers. Looking for Class II if it is possible at the end of August. If not, what are some good lakes to go to?

...checkout the White River in Ar, I believe it stars up in Mo somewhere around Branson and runs across Ar to Bull Shoals Lake(40,000+acres) and then on towards Mt View and eventually into the Mississippi, I know they do white water rafting on parts of it. My wife and I rented a houseboat and spent a week on Bull Shoals for our honeymoon...beautiful

We did some rafting in the Ocoee river in TN a few years back. They said that it is dam controlled so the flows are pretty consistant. The upper river is where they had the Olympic events.
