Wow, coming from a family of early childhood educators - what we're seeing is fascinating here. This little girl is in that very small window of just beginning to grasp communicating in the human language. Make no mistake - she knows exactly what she is saying even if no one else does.

As someone pointed out in the comments section, watch her reaction when her father begins to laugh at her. There's a definite pause and slight confusion almost as to the inappropriateness of his laughter to what she was telling him. I also think she was itemizing her days experience with her mother and telling everything that happened. (That last part leaves room for a lot of jokes - but don't go there.)

Even my girlfriend who's now my fiancé will look at me and start making clucking sounds if we encounter two or more women talking rapidly...

That's just one of the many reasons why she's my fee-ahn-sey...

reminds me of my girl friend (Marriott girl, soon to be ex) and most of the other women I know.... the words quiet and silence do not exist to them.

I remember one of the "Funny Videos" clip where the kid was giving grandma what for in some alien language and he/she got even more outraged as they laughed. And we wonder why things are the way they are - revenge?
