Things that don't fit anywhere else...

SEDGWICK CMS

Postby eamarquardt » Sat Jun 27, 2009 9:15 pm

Sedgwick CMS has grown to be the largest third party administrator of "insuance" type plans in the good ole USA.

They are crooks and thieves and will use everything at their disposal to deny legitimate claims.

Visit the following:

http://www.ripoffreport.com (search on Sedgwick)
http://www.complaintsboard.com (search on Sedgwick)

If your employer contracts with these crooks, beware! If you get involved with them document everything, inform your employer (they probably won't care as if they did they wouldn't do business with them), contact your Congressman and Senators (Federal Law ERISA gives Sedgwick a lot of protection), and at the first sign of trouble get an attorney or contact me!

When encountering an unfavorable wind a pessimist curses the wind, an optomist hopes it will change, and a realist trims the sails. I'm trimming the sails.

Cheers,

Gus

You best bet these days is if it's anything that's gonna be more than very short term, get an attorney early on. There are far too many loopholes for them to slip thru now. The scammers will get a settlement quick, legit claims seem to be fought with all the ammo they can muster.
Been there done that, never did get my t-shirt............ :x :x :x
