Merry White Christmas from southern Oklahoma

Postby Ivar the Red » Fri Dec 25, 2009 5:50 am

That's right...a W H I T E Christmas! A friend who has lived here all his life said this is the most snow he's seen in a long time, and the first "white" Christmas in 20 years....

I do hope you brought that poor little dog inside so he's not stuck out there in his kennel. 8)

Holy cow, Rose is a teenager now! Done? Surely you jest. A teardrop is never "done".

Yeah...Buffy stayed inside as long as she could stand it...it was to the point where she had to go outside for a little bit. It was her first snow as well and she looked like she was having fun. Think Snoopy, running around catching snow flakes on his tongue.

Here it is the day after Christmas in Lubbock and we've still got more than 4'' of snow on the ground. We had a blizzard warning Christmas eve, and driving after dark is a pretty risky business.
