I usually like to be cooler because I'm the driver, though. Being cooler helps me stay alert while being warm makes me drowsy. I always take off my sweater or jacket before drive long distances (at night) so that my wife can be warm and I can be cool!

Every car in Texas has heated seats. That's the problem. Climb into your car in July wearing shorts, and those heated seats make you get up and out of the car in a hurry.

Just ordered the 2 for the wife. One for her car and one for passenger seat in my car. Actually I prefer being slightly chilled rather than warm. 'specially driving  And the cold rarely bothers me. It's the hot summers that I struggle through.

Just got mine. It's -10 ° now and we will see -30° in the next few days, so I think it will get a good try out.

My Subaru Forester has factory heated seats. I have never tried them, but I am noticing the effect of blood thinners. I am freezing right now, and the heat is on 70. I will be using them, when they let me start driving again.

They work like gangbusters, Steve. I'm surprised they don't leave griddle marks. First week I owned my Forester, I must have hit the button by accident. I'd never had a car with those before (or automatic windows, for that matter, lol) so had no clue I even had heated seats in the thing. I was very uncomfortable in a matter of a couple of minutes. I thought I had had an 'accident' before my husband realized what was going on.
