I have never understood the sports over academics myself. A few years ago we had a local school that was short some money, the debate went on and on about what to cut out of the budget, when cutting football came up, a bunch of money suddenly appeared.
If I could shut my brain off, I could save myself alot of time, money and effort.

Visit another country and then you will appreciate the USA a little more , even with the taxes . My son just made a visit to South Africa and now he REALLY likes
