Someone showed this YouTube Video of a1929 Screw Tractor a while back....

Pretty cool....

Now check it out...there is one for sale on ebay...Archimedian Screw Tractor

Some person is going to have a blast with that!!! :lol:

Those old videos are a kick. I wonder why they never caught on more? Maybe it was too expensive, I guess that '29 was when the Great Depression started. Still a very cool design IMO. Thanks for the reminder Dave!

Dave, you can buy it and wait 'til next winter and drive it home. Give tourists rides to see the sites! :lol:

If the cruise ships came in the winter and a fella could make a buck...those things would be running all over the place!!!
