Theodor Seuss Geisel (March 2, 1904 – September 24, 1991) was an American writer and cartoonist most widely known for his children's books written under the pen names Dr. Seuss.

At my school READING ALL WEEK

All week long we will have some fun,
We will read and never be done.
We will read in the morning, we will read at night,
We will read and read until it's light.
The parents are coming to school,
cuz reading with a kid
here has been deemed "cool".
We made our hair lazy,
celebrated with DaisyHead Mazie,
and today it was mix - n - match,
you should of seen how crazy!
During this week we celebrate reading,
the parents arrive in the morning for feeding.
Muffins for Mommy, Donuts for Daddy, and the kids
eat their fill, no feels sadly.
Wherever you go, whatever you do,
Remember a DR. SEUSS book is waiting for you.
