That applewood puts a real mild smoke to the meat.
I just did up two small tri-tip steaks... wish I woulda made more now.
You should see the mess in my driveway...
I told my son I'd pay him $40 to chunk that up for me.
He's got a ways to go yet. :lol:

I've got a feeling that Joanie might like meat done with applewood.
She say's the hickory is too over powering for her, but I think this applewood will be just right for her. :thinking:
