Your 8 yo is younger and likely needs more sleep than her older sister and (I'm assuming) twin brothers - but I'm not so sure an hour is going to make that much difference. Since your kids are all relatively close in age, and all under high school age, I'd say 10 pm latest for all of them on weekends.

Bedtimes when I was growing up and was in school 1st-8th grade were around 8-8:30. Once we got to high school (9th grade), on school nights, it was 9 pm and on weekends we had 10pm curfews.

Growing up school nights bed time was 8 pm.
friday and saturday nights we could stay up until 9 pm.
now my bed time is 3 pm well just nap time real bed time is 11 sleep time is sometime later than goodness for auto-off tv's.
