I repent my sin and promise to use the minimal sized lumber needed. No using 3/4 inch ply just because you have it. Same with framing. Proper use of 1 x 2s instead of 2 x 2s. Let the material do some of the load bearing.

I spent 15 years in an industrial insulation union as apprentice and journeyman. Today I remember why I hate yellow fiberglass insulation. Glad they invented foam
